SHIPPING: Our normal method of shipping is by RPS or Fedex standard ground. Shipping for products is priced according to the weight of the parcel and distance of delivery. Courier delivery is available. The courier method requires a signature on delivery of the product.

Returns: If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased when you receive it, you may return it for credit, provided we are notified within 7 days and it is returned in new condition within 30 days. Returns must be sent back by airmail with customs documents with proper I.D. NUMBER, stating the package contains RETURNED GOODS and the VALUE for customs purposes is $1.00. Solid-brass must be contacted before any return can be initiated. Please include the return label (which was included in original shipment) with your return and indicate return reason. We recommend items be returned via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. We also recommend re-using the original shipping carton and packing materials. R.A .numbers must be legibly listed on the outside of the carton. Solid Brass does not accept any shipment without a valid R.A. You are responsible for all customary freight charges. However, you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight charges (relevant to that item) if product is damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped. Please include the postal receipt in your return package.

SOLID-BRASS attempts to ship all orders within 7 days, unless product is on back order, limited availability or special order status. Most items are shipped using RPS or Fedex standard ground transportation. Express shipments are also available upon request. Please allow 7 business days for all standard shipments. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a 25% or $25.00 minimum restocking fee, in addition to applicable shipping and insurance fees. Sorry, but we are unable to ship to FPO and APO addresses. Special System shipping and handling charges apply to the following destinations are available outside of USA or Canada.

Special Orders: To insure your complete satisfaction, certain special orders including customized products, require additional time , you will be notified before shipping.

Warranty: All Solid-brass product are warranted to be free from defects for a period of one (1) year from the invoiced purchase date. The warranty covers all part components, and labor for the entire one (1) year period. All others items carry a minimum 7 day repair or replacement warranty. SOLID-BRASS offers a 7 day money back guarantee on all purchases except as noted previously.
